ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Vert Com was founded in 2001 as a communications agency and has specialized in meeting the needs of scientific researchers in the organization of scientific conferences and congresses.
Since 2004 Vert Com has diversified its services to satisfy the evolving demands of research communities and has developed specific tools to match the nature of each project.
Vert Com is managed by Claude Foubert, supported today by five collaborators: communication manager, project manager, stage manager, developer and graphic artist.

OUR MISSION
Working in close collaboration with research communities, Vert Com has built up its knowledge base and developed tools which are today recognized both in France and internationally. Whether it’s a national symposium for 100 or an international congress attended by 1000s, we spare no effort to guarantee the success of the events entrusted to us.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Involved from the early stages, we advise the local organization committee on choosing the venue, selecting the best service providers, drawing up subsidy requests and the most realistic budget forecast.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Within our management mandate, we ensure cost control over expenses compared to receipts from bookings and sponsorship deals. For research communities with no legal status we are able to take on the financial risk of organizing their events.
SOFTWARE SUITE
Drawing on our experience of events we have made additions to our software suite; a reviewing tool for submissions and a platform for planning the event program per day and per session. This facilitates the work of the selection committee and guarantees the traceability of the papers submitted.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
Our graphic design studio partners are in charge of the congress’s communication: logotype, block mark, website, banners, posters, flyers, sponsoring documents, program, résumé abstracts, signing and screen printing for goodies, etc.
CELL PHONE APP
Supplementing the website, our iOS and Android smartphone app offers attendees the latest information on the conference program, speakers, sponsors and any last-minute changes.
PHOTO & VIDEO
We can undertake the video recording of conferences, photo-reports of congresses with the keynote speeches and other highlights plus the traditional group photo, and post them on the congress website as a souvenir album.

To keep things flexible, we have chosen to work mostly with outside collaborators. Vert Com’s CEO has built up a network of tried and tested professionals who, over the course of 18 years, have contributed their expertise in their respective fields: event project management, stage management, marketing and seeking sponsors, programming and finding speakers, written and graphic communications, IT development, etc.
