I am president of the international conference NDIP (New Development in Photodetection, www.ndip.fr), the last edition of which was held in Troyes in July 2022. Since the 2014 edition (3 congresses), I have called on the company Vert Com to help the local organising committee to set up the event, which typically welcomes 200 to 250 researchers and industrial partners from more than 20 countries, gradually entrusting more and more tasks. The agency has always shown unfailing help and availability to us in the organisation of the conferences in which it was a partner. The experience of the agency and its staff, their knowledge of the ecosystem, their efficiency and their dedication have been vital to the success of the organisation of our conferences, a success widely recognised by the participants themselves. Services range from website implementation and maintenance, to the provision of specialised tools to assist in the process of collecting scientific contributions, sorting them and scheduling them. It also handles registration, tracking, receipts and invoicing on behalf of the organising committee and offers many other services for complete organisation if required, such as venue finding, dealing with subcontractors, social events and much more. For all these reasons, I highly recommend the services of Vert Com for the organisation of international scientific congresses.

On behalf of EUCASS and the local organising committee of our international conference EUCASS-3AF 2022 in Lille, I would like to thank VERT COM for the work they did to make this event a success. In view of the global health situation, the organisation of the ANIMMA2021 international scientific conference was a real challenge both scientifically and logistically. Together with all the organising partners, we were keen to respect the main objectives of the conference, which are scientific excellence and organisational rigour combined with conviviality and the quality of the welcome and exchanges. After a rigorous analysis of the health constraints with regard to the venue in Prague, the Conference Program Committee decided to organise ANIMMA2021 in hybrid mode, offering the possibility to participate physically at the Clarion Congress Hotel in Prague or to join the conference by video from the four corners of the world. Despite the complexity and the novelty of such an organisation, the ANIMMA2021 conference was, by all accounts, a real success (www.animma.com). This success is due to the entire organising team, both local, led by IEAP (Institute of Experimental and Applied Physics), and international, led by the Program Committee. In this respect, the company VERT COM, represented by Claude Foubert, who has been helping us organise ANIMMA since 2015, was a key player in the setting up of the 2021 edition. Claude has been efficient, professional and reactive in every way. A big thank you to him and to the entire VERT COM team.

The company Vert-Com accompanied the CEA for several months to develop an international congress on bioenergy and environment. The CEO and his team were very professional, reactive and always listening. Vert-Com was able to quickly redeploy, from an initially planned face-to-face event to a webinar in a COVID-19 context, and thus help the CEA to achieve all its milestones with serenity. The congress was a unanimously recognized success, both scientifically and in its organizational aspects.

It’s been a continued pleasure to work with you on conferences in the past and this one in particular. This first virtual conference presented us with many problems we had not thought of before and, with your considerable help, we managed to pull it off. Totally professional and able to balance conflicting demands – I’d have no hesitation working with you on future events.

For the International HT-CMC10 Congress, with 510 attendees in Bordeaux, we had the solid support of Vert Com. They guided us through more than a year of preparation and the 5 extremely busy days of lectures... All the attendees were unanimous in thanking the organizers for the quality of their welcome and their aid throughout the event. A great success and all our thanks to Vert Com.

I’m very pleased to have worked with Vert Com in organizing the 17th Congress of the European Society for Biomedical Research on Alcoholism (ESBRA). I had nothing but positive comments from attendees and society members, including our President.

We entrusted Vert Com with organizing our 13th Rayons X et Matière (X Rays & Matter) Congress. This scientific event attracted 200 attendees and 20 industrial exhibitors.
